This privacy policy (the "Privacy Policy") sets out how any information, including personal information, that we collect from you or that you provide to us will be collected and used. Please read it carefully. If you don't agree to it and don't want to be bound by it, then you won't be able to use the parts of Live and Loud that require registration. We may have to make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time. Before we stream music to you as listener, we may confirm and log your IP address in order to confirm your location.

Details of your visits to our site including, but not limited to, traffic data, location data, weblogs and other communication data, whether this is required for our own billing purposes or otherwise and the resources that you access. We collect information about you when you interact, correspond or enter into a Transaction with us whether by telephone, by electronic mail or by submitting the information through our websites or service applications. We will only ask for the information required for the Transaction in order to process your enquiries and to improve our services and handle it in accordance with the United Kingdom's Data Protection legislation.

We promise to keep your information confidential except where we are compelled to disclose it by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies), or where you have given us your express consent to sharing the information with others.

We may sometimes want to share the information you give with others, such as your favourite bands or your local venues, so that they can contact you direct.
